Jharsuguda: In 19th
state Kick boxing championship which was held at Jharsuguda town hall, Jharsuguda of Sambalpur district; two HAL
(Hindustan Aeronautics ltd.) Sunabeda employees named Mr. Laxman Muthai (PB No.
9619) and Mr. Somiya Ku. Sahu (8695) won gold and bronze medal respectively in
SANSHU in Odisha state WUSHU championship senior men category below 55kg.
In the said competition
Mr. Muthai defeated Mr. Basudev from khurda district in the final, said Mr.
Mithun Chakravarty (SANSHU coach for Kick boxing Sunabeda branch). This is the
first time in the history of kick boxing in koraput district; he Added. These
two players will participate in Bihar for national level championship to be
held on end of this month.
