Sounik Kajal Kumar Dash is a Popular Corporate Lobbyist and Strategist

Sounik Kajal Kumar Dash is a young Odia who is becoming most popular in corporate world for corporate lobbying and making strategy for industrialist and political leader. At the time of his Business Studies at London he entered into the corporate world and involved with various developmental work for India. He is preparing most strategic developmental plan for educational sector, medical sector, rural development, industrial expansion. Apart from that doing lobby for some politicians and industrialist at high level. At his study career he became Indian Student Leader at London. He presented various developmental proposals to the central government and Indian Prime Minister on the field of education, industrialization and employment. Also doing lobby with Indian ministry further industry expansion in Odisha such as Jindal Steel and Power Limited, Tata Steel and Vedanta Aluminum Corporation. Apart from that he is also making strategic plan for some Odisha political leaders and doing lobby with high level for some top rated industrialists. Currently he is doing lobby with PMO (New Delhi) further development in this below areas.
1. Emplobility Issues
In Odisha most of locality as well as students are not getting job in Odisha where lots of companies are running their business in Odisha. We want companies should give priority to Odia people. If Odisha people are not getting job in Odisha then they are going outside of Odisha where they are torturing by other localities.
2. Industrial Expansion
We all students want to establish more industries in our Odisha such as Arcellor Mittal, POSCO, TATA Group, Jindal Steel and Power Limited and Vedanta Group. If all this companies will start their establishment in Odisha then our state’s economical growth, employability growth, educational growth will increase and it will bring a global presence in world map.
3. Educational Development:
In Odisha lot of engineering colleges are not having proper teaching quality facilities such as qualified lecture, developed instruments in laboratories still they are running their institution. Our demand is if these colleges are not fulfilling the basic criteria and guideline of AICTE and UGC then do not allow them to run their institution unless until fulfill the criteria. Also we want some good reputed educational institution such as Vedanta University which will bring some educational development in our Odisha. Also we need central government should take some initiatives to develop the educational system of Odisha by improving the infrastructure and also we need one new branch of IIM (Indian Institute of Management) should be in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
4. Stop Crime at Educational Institution:
Most of engineering colleges are demanding additional money from the students for providing placement and later they are bringing some fake companies to their campus where students are getting mental harassment, which is a great offence to our educational system as well as to our society.
5. Improvement needed at Medical System of Odisha:
The medical facility need to be improved and development should be required on various aspects such as infrastructure, hospital manpower capacity need to increase and all government medical’s cabin room should be increased.
6. Focus needed towards Odisha Culture:
Central government should take some initiative steps to improve the Odisha culture and represent Odisha in globally.
7. Biju Pattanaik Airport need to certified as an International Airport:
Odisha is a historic place where various pilgrims are visiting Odisha and most of the people from Odisha travelling to other countries as well. So Odisha need an international airport grant.
